Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- relevant customer service experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- clear communication skills
- willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- pass drug test and other health screenings as required

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally
- manage incoming telephone calls and communicate messages accurately
- oversee the front desk and Bistro areas ensuring cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere
- assist the Director of Sales and Executive Director with inquiries and community overview
- support resident move-in process including ordering flowers and meals
- maintain resident and team member records, meal tickets, and office supplies
- promote and adhere to safety protocols and respond to emergencies appropriately
