Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • relevant customer service experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • clear communication skills
  • willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
  • pass drug test and other health screenings as required

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally
  • manage incoming telephone calls and communicate messages accurately
  • oversee the front desk and Bistro areas ensuring cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere
  • assist the Director of Sales and Executive Director with inquiries and community overview
  • support resident move-in process including ordering flowers and meals
  • maintain resident and team member records, meal tickets, and office supplies
  • promote and adhere to safety protocols and respond to emergencies appropriately
