Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • proficient in using Property Management Systems and related software
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving skills and a guest-focused attitude
  • knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process
  • assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Property Management System and hotel software
  • provide clear directions and insights about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
  • identify potential guest concerns and resolve them efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality
  • stay informed about room layouts, amenities, special promotions, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively
  • arrange transportation, manage billing, and secure dining reservations for a seamless guest experience
  • work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional level of service
