- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency with telephone systems and basic computer applications
- dependable and responsible work ethic
- willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- resolves customer questions and concerns
