Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- previous concierge experience
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to multitask
- computer literacy
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
- must have Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability

- great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to multitask
- language skills are a plus
- computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- ability to learn proprietary applications
- able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
Job Duties
- Accommodating guest requests
- processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
- Assisting in other guest service areas, including the front desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
- Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay
- Providing exceptional above and beyond service
