Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • previous concierge experience
  • excellent English communication skills
  • ability to multitask
  • computer literacy
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
  • must have Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability

  • great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions
  • excellent English communication skills
  • ability to multitask
  • language skills are a plus
  • computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to learn proprietary applications
  • able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift

Job Duties

  • Accommodating guest requests
  • processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
  • Assisting in other guest service areas, including the front desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
  • Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay
  • Providing exceptional above and beyond service
