Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate or bronze level WorkKeys certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer experience or relative administrative experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge if applicable
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal is helpful
  • Ability to operate and use a multiline telephone is helpful
  • Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor and listen to instructions
  • Interpersonal skills is helpful

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized customer business center
  • Coordinate customer needs and requests to ensure excellent service
  • Follow proper phone procedures and keep refreshments stocked
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assigned workspaces with internet access
  • Assist with reservations and provide local information on attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Oversee visitor sign-ins, badge issuance, courtesy car usage, and flight tracking
  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce, update visitor logs, process purchase orders and handle payments
