Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Provide administrative support to facility personnel
  • Support business office functions including filing and document management
  • Assist with recruiting functions and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain a professional image and communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area
