Job Duties
- Smiles and extends a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the community
- offers refreshments to individuals waiting in the lobby
- answers every incoming telephone call and directs it to proper department personnel
- receives inquiries from visitors, residents, family members and employees and directs them accordingly
- maintains current list of residents and resident registry
- receives maintenance work requests and completes work orders for maintenance
- maintains daily check on all residents
- maintains a resident absentee register
- ensures outside contractors, deliverymen, service men and visitors sign in and out in a daily journal
- makes copies and sends fax copies for residents and staff as appropriate
- keeps record of all cash received at front desk including employee meals and postage copies and submits to bookkeeping monthly
- completes other tasks, assignments, projects or requests as deemed by management
- appropriately addresses every individual leaving the community as directed by management
