Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum one year customer service experience
- ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- valid driver’s license if driving is required
- acceptable motor vehicle record
- reliable transportation
- ability to be insured at standard rates
- proof of personal auto insurance if using vehicle for company business
- successful completion of background investigation and drug screening

- ability to work alertly and safely under changing conditions
- ability to cope with emergency situations
- strong judgment and cognitive function

Job Duties
- Perform light cleaning in vacant and pre-leased units prior to residents moving in
- organize event rooms and guest suites according to manager design while maintaining company standards
- maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior common spaces as per company standards
- keep supply rooms fully stocked and orderly
- ensure cleanliness and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
- prepare and organize resident events based on monthly budget
- respond to resident needs on a 24-hour emergency basis
- perform other duties as needed
