Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility required to cover two weekends per month and holidays
- Availability to work varying hours between 10 a m to 8 p m
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- Must be friendly, approachable, and customer service oriented

Job Duties
- Coordinate the operations of the Patient Information
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors
- Assist with patient navigation programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure a welcoming and accommodating environment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage patient inquiries and direct them appropriately
