Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft suite and internet applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform general clerical duties
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
  • Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
  • Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail, and deliveries, and the coordination of visitors
  • Operating a telephone console or switchboard, computer, fax machine, and copy machine
  • Performing general clerical and light administrative duties
  • Managing appointments and schedules as required
  • Maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment
