Job Requirements
- At least 1 year or more of Concierge or Receptionist experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to professionally greet and interact with patients
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Clear communication style and good phone etiquette
- Passionate about contributing to improving consumer experiences

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage patient information and maintain waiting lists accurately
- Clean and organize the waiting area and restrooms to ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide directions, resource information, and facility tours as needed
- Support staff by serving as a resource for assistance and information
- Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support tasks
- Ensure positive patient experiences through effective communication and multitasking
