Job Duties
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- resolve customer complaints
- assist customers in all inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
- respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices
- maintain knowledge of local activities such as theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing
- establish close contacts with vendors to provide ticketing and reservations for guests
- assure desk collateral, information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local information are updated and current
- process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
- provide coaching and training on all processes and standards
- comply with all Four Seasons policies
