Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- basic computer skills including data entry
- dependable and punctual
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- pass a drug test
- comply with tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
- meet vaccination requirements as mandated by law

Job Duties
- greet potential residents, families, and visitors
- manage external and internal calls
- take and communicate messages
- provide community information in support of the Director of Sales and Executive Director
- assist with recruitment process and computer data entry
- perform general administrative duties
- monitor the Bistro area for cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere
