Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare, hospitality, or similar setting preferred
- CPR or BLS certification preferred
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in internet browsers such as Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Publisher
- Ability to use electronic health records (EHR) systems and any HR related systems, if applicable
- Flexibility to work weekends when necessary
- Ability to stand, move, communicate, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 200 pounds with assistance
Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and HR-related systems, if applicable
Job Duties
- Welcoming residents, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to those entering the community
- Monitoring the community's entry and exit points, signing in guests and residents, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Regularly engaging with residents helping them feel valued and cared for
- Receiving and distributing mail and packages
- Managing the external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages, as well as forwarding calls to the appropriate person or department
- Assisting the Executive Director and Business Office Manager with clerical and administrative duties, as well as assisting the Sales and Marketing team with taking sales inquiries, as needed
- Assisting residents with scheduling personal transportation services and in making reservations for various community events in conjunction with Life Enrichment Director
