Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- valid driver's license
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand, sit, walk and climb as needed
- physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to respond to emergency situations
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- ability to attend board meetings
- willingness to perform administrative tasks
- strong attention to detail
- capability for monitoring and walking building premises as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- good interpersonal skills
- computer and peripherals experience preferred
- ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- able to work extended and flexible hours including weekends
- ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs
- physical ability to stand, sit for long periods, walk and climb occasionally
- capable of performing duties requiring handling and lifting packages and objects
- experience with information system hardware/software preferred
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- meets and greets residents
- checks guests and service providers in/out
- understands and reacts to emergency response and access control procedures
- monitors and operates electronic security control systems
- accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms
- assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work
- walks the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
- monitors and controls access to the building
- resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
- completes all required forms
- performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
