Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong customer service skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- strong organizational skills
- knowledge of local area amenities
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to help with event planning and community engagement

- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong customer service skills including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proven organizational skills
- familiarity with the local area including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
- foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the community
- answer calls and assist visitors with their questions
- act as a liaison between residents' families and the facility, providing updates and addressing inquiries
- assist in planning and setting up community events
