Job Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or multi-residential living environments
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • physically able to sit for extended periods, walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb stairs
  • availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Foster a strong sense of community by enhancing the overall resident experience
  • respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, feedback, concerns, and complaints in-person, via phone, email, or chat
  • uphold and exemplify Tricon's Standards of Excellence in all resident interactions
  • operate with integrity and consistently support Tricon's core values
  • build lasting relationships with residents to anticipate and fulfill service requests
  • maintain discretion and protect resident privacy and the reputation of the organization
  • actively seek resident feedback and provide recommendations to leadership to improve services
  • promote and support community initiatives, services, and resident engagement programs
  • serve as a welcoming and secure first point of contact, controlling building access and monitoring CCTV and emergency systems
  • coordinate and manage all aspects of resident move-ins and move-outs and prepare related communications and notifications
