Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role
- possess a service-oriented mindset
- friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude
- professional and welcoming phone demeanor
- positive attitude with a collaborative team spirit
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding as required
- effective communication skills with sufficient visual acuity
- attendance requirements including weekends and holidays
- ability to work additional hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or customer-facing role, service-oriented mindset, friendly and personable with positive attitude, professional phone demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, strong organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, effective multitasker and time management skills
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests, greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, deliver exceptional business and concierge services, inform members and guests about club services and events, assist with member communications including social media and newsletters, make outbound calls to new and at-risk members, support member experience initiatives and promote club offerings
