Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience answering telephones or in customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with others
  • Compassion for and desire to work with elderly individuals
  • Honesty and respect for confidentiality
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to meet health requirements and pass background checks

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

  • Provide information to residents, visitors, and staff as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate with various departments to assist residents and guests
  • Promote a positive and respectful community environment
