Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
  • Ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or property management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration desired
  • Minimum of one year of experience in high-end or luxury hospitality or property management preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor with a professional attitude
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and information systems

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve
  • Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property
  • Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk
  • monitors and announces visitors and controls access to the property
  • Reviews access control cameras frequently and reports any suspicious activity according to Front Desk procedures
  • Provides PowerPoint support for reports and presentations
  • Acts as a technology expert, ready to engage with systems and help homeowners with queries
  • Conducts daily walkthroughs of the building to ensure the community is well-kept and clean
  • Processes incoming mail and outgoing packages, answers questions, makes recommendations, and arranges transportation, restaurant reservations, personal shopping, health and beauty services, cultural events, travel and meeting planning, delivers dry cleaning, and coordinates housekeeping or other community-specific services
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of local attractions, nightlife, and special services to enhance a 5-star residential-living experience
  • Maintains familiarity with all community amenities and activities and gives directions to amenities and events within the property
  • Adheres to all Front Desk procedures including completing Daily Activity Reports (DAR), incident reports, and responding to emergency situations
  • Undertakes administrative tasks related to the Front Desk
  • Ensures resident and guest concerns are resolved professionally and timely, reporting to Lead Concierge and Regional Director
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
  • Performs other job-related duties as directed
