  • must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy

Job Duties

  • Meeting and greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors
  • answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and or instructions for the building
  • responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable
  • receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents
  • inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues to the maintenance department
  • assisting management with any request for residents in the building
  • keeping lobby area, front desk and package area organized, neat and clean
  • properly communicating with lead concierge and management
  • providing excellent customer service
