Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • background check and drug screening required
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Impeccable communication skills
  • ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills
  • previous experience in a resort/hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred
  • knowledge of Park City and the surrounding areas
  • must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing
  • ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 25 pounds
  • strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
  • required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Provides guests with information about the local area, attractions, restaurants
  • assist guests with booking/scheduling attractions, restaurant reservations
  • assists guests with booking transportation
  • airline boarding passes and travel information if necessary
  • helps resolve minor guest complaints in order to provide the guest with the best experience
  • build relationships with other businesses and departments to improve guest experience
  • other duties as assigned
