Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- background check and drug screening required
- eligibility to work in the United States
- strong problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Impeccable communication skills
- ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills
- previous experience in a resort/hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred
- knowledge of Park City and the surrounding areas
- must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing
- ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 25 pounds
- strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Provides guests with information about the local area, attractions, restaurants
- assist guests with booking/scheduling attractions, restaurant reservations
- assists guests with booking transportation
- airline boarding passes and travel information if necessary
- helps resolve minor guest complaints in order to provide the guest with the best experience
- build relationships with other businesses and departments to improve guest experience
- other duties as assigned
