Job Duties
- provide ongoing telephone coverage
- complete assigned security schedule while maintaining integrity and security of the community
- solve issues presented by residents guests vendors and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and ensure appropriate service
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- accept delivery packages document receipt in log book and notify resident recipient of delivery
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist management with projects and assignments
