- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- reliable and punctual
- basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and website
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services
- resolves customer questions and concerns
