Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and take direction
- Availability to work Sunday through Wednesday 8am-6pm
- Passion for serving seniors
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and accountability

- Commitment to providing compassionate support to seniors
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including Sunday through Wednesday 8am-6pm
- Previous experience in senior living or customer service roles is an advantage
- Demonstrated teamwork and respect for others
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff
- Coordinate communication and services to meet the needs of senior residents
- Maintain a welcoming and supportive atmosphere within the community
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while taking direction
- Demonstrate empathy and a nurturing attitude towards residents
- Uphold high standards of accountability and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to enhance resident experience
