- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in a clerical position
- possess a pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
- must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Job Duties
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate associate
- greeting visitors and guiding them to their destination within the company
- takes and delivers messages for various personnel
- provides callers with information such as the company address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related details
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services
- provides clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry
- maintains the community center area, including light housekeeping and ensuring the coffee bar is in order
- performs other duties as assigned
