Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Receptionist and word processing experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Duties
- Give directions and information to visitors, guests, residents, or sales representatives
- Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct callers to appropriate individual or department
- Assist secretarial staff with typing, data entry, mailings, and other related duties as requested
- Multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure work area is clean, well organized and office equipment is covered and secured at the end of the workday
- Assure visitor sign-in
- Ensure guests and visitors abide by facility rules and report unresolved incidents to appropriate supervisor
- Report suspicious persons or information to appropriate department head or supervisor
