Job Duties
- Coordinates concierge schedule and daily responsibilities
- maintains systems for secure storage and distribution of keys and key cards
- provides administrative support for directories, concierge handbook, safety procedures, parking assignments, training materials
- listens to resident concerns and guides to solutions
- communicates issues to experience centers and follows up
- maintains system for package receipt, record, storage and distribution
- provides transportation reservation service
- maintains daily check log and service log
- completes incident reports for emergencies and communication
- ensures proper function of emergency pendants and responds to alarms
- monitors building entrances for safety and security
- coordinates guest suite reservations, check-in/check-out, housekeeping
- identifies areas for improvement, proposes solutions, participates in quality assurance process improvement
