Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents and guests upon arrival
  • Manage front desk operations including phone calls and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain appointment schedules and community event calendars
  • Coordinate visitor access and provide information about community services and amenities
  • Address resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for residents
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area
