Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software applications

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee community entry area and greet visitors warmly
  • Contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Coordinator for prospective resident visits
  • Greet and assist job candidates, direct to apply online or capture info in ATS
  • Answer calls promptly with proper greeting and identification
  • Take messages accurately and communicate them
  • Provide community overview and route callers appropriately
  • Manage resident and family appointments
  • Send get well and sympathy cards as needed
  • Order flowers and nameplates for new residents
  • Order guest meals for move-in days
  • Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
  • Support Director of Sales with inquiry calls and CRM data entry
  • Perform administrative duties related to resident move-in
  • Keep front desk and Bistro area clean and stocked
  • Monitor Bistro for refreshments and music
  • Ensure coverage of front desk when away
  • Partner on community compliance with safety regulations
  • Practice safety procedures and maintain safety equipment
  • Maintain resident and team member rosters for emergencies
  • Champion Safe Leaving Program and respond to emergencies
  • Ensure guests and residents sign in and out
  • Maintain high-risk elopement list and monitor entry/exit
  • Update daily resident phone lists, registers, and logs
  • Prepare and account for meal tickets and money
  • Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
  • Post daily menu and maintain resident credit forms
  • Assist with recruitment data entry and admin duties
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Track and disperse team member paychecks
  • Participate actively in team and engage in meetings
  • Maintain compliance with required training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
