Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and specialized Sunrise applications
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Commitment to safety and compliance with community protocols
- Weekend availability from 3 PM to 8 PM on Saturdays and Sundays
- Clear background check and ability to pass pre-employment drug testing including tuberculosis test
- Covid-19 and influenza vaccination as mandated by law
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Sunrise community software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents and provide a warm welcome and refreshments
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to assist prospective residents and visitors
- Greet potential job candidates and guide them through the application process or capture their information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming community and resident phone calls promptly with appropriate greetings and messages
- Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the Bistro area including coffee, snacks, and music
- Support the recruitment process and administrative duties for community operations
