Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stair climbing and light lifting
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Ability to assist residents in a friendly and helpful manner

Job Duties
- Assisting residents and guests with navigation during elevator renovations
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering resident inquiries
- Helping residents with groceries, packages, and other deliveries
- Offering light pet assistance (brief walks or letting pets out)
- Performing door-to-door trash pickup
- Keeping entryways and lobby areas clean and inviting
- Assisting with office tasks as needed
- Monitoring the property for safety and cleanliness
