Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and stair climbing
- Availability to work weekends

- Capable of regular movement throughout the property including stair climbing and occasional lifting
Job Duties
- Assisting residents and guests with navigation during elevator renovations
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering resident inquiries
- Helping residents with groceries, packages, and other deliveries
- Offering light pet assistance such as brief walks or letting pets out
- Performing door-to-door trash pickup
- Keeping entryways and lobby areas clean and inviting
- Assisting with office tasks as needed
- Monitoring the property for safety and cleanliness
