Job Requirements

- Experience or training in customer service or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community
- Provides an overview of community information for those inquiries in support of sales and marketing efforts
- Responds to incoming calls and provides clerical support to all departments
- Relates to a variety of people and personalities with strong interpersonal skills
- Supports the sales and marketing team by delivering timely and accurate information
- Maintains a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times
- Assists in creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for residents
