Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Experience or training in customer service or hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community
  • Provides an overview of community information for those inquiries in support of sales and marketing efforts
  • Responds to incoming calls and provides clerical support to all departments
  • Relates to a variety of people and personalities with strong interpersonal skills
  • Supports the sales and marketing team by delivering timely and accurate information
  • Maintains a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times
  • Assists in creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for residents
