Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1+ years of hospitality experience preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution and de-escalation
- ability to maintain composure and good judgement during stressful situations
- ability to lift 30lbs following safety procedures
- ability to work in upright standing position for long durations
- ability to walk, climb stairs, and navigate property
- excellent organizational skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to handle confidential information professionally
- ability to respond clearly and professionally in person and over the phone
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions
- ability to hear and respond appropriately to verbal requests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- college-level courses in business and hospitality preferred
- 1+ years of hospitality experience preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent customer service skills including strong conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- intermediate command of computer hardware and software, especially Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to prioritize tasks
- ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- multiple language fluency is desirable but not necessary
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests upon entry
- respond to requests, questions, and other needs
- make reservations and provide recommendations to restaurants, bars, and clubs
- document issues or transactions as needed
- develop understanding of Association policies and requirements
- identify appropriate department or person for escalation
- acquire knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
- answer phones promptly and effectively
- keep track of activity logs, incident reports, and records for Property Manager's review
- escalate concerns or issues to Property Manager for immediate resolution
- monitor Emergency Response System and respond efficiently
- monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems if applicable
- ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed
- log and track packages until delivery or pick-up
- perform other duties as assigned
