Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer and route phone calls
  • take messages
  • assist visitors
  • maintain courteous communication with residents, guests, vendors, and internal departments
  • ensure clear and concise documentation of encounters and requests
  • prepare and distribute newsletters, email blasts, and flyers
  • maintain and update the Association website
  • assist with architectural application processing
  • identify maintenance issues
  • create work orders
  • follow up until completion
  • post and remove meeting signs
  • maintain updated resident databases
  • monitor and maintain office supplies
  • ensure office cleanliness and organization
  • process, program and manage gate and clubhouse access applications and documentation
  • open the building at the beginning of the day
  • secure the building at the end of the day
  • perform additional tasks as assigned by the Community Association Manager or General Manager
