Job Duties
- Answer and route phone calls
- take messages
- assist visitors
- maintain courteous communication with residents, guests, vendors, and internal departments
- ensure clear and concise documentation of encounters and requests
- prepare and distribute newsletters, email blasts, and flyers
- maintain and update the Association website
- assist with architectural application processing
- identify maintenance issues
- create work orders
- follow up until completion
- post and remove meeting signs
- maintain updated resident databases
- monitor and maintain office supplies
- ensure office cleanliness and organization
- process, program and manage gate and clubhouse access applications and documentation
- open the building at the beginning of the day
- secure the building at the end of the day
- perform additional tasks as assigned by the Community Association Manager or General Manager
