Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties

- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer literacy
Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors upon entry
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Maintain security by monitoring access and reporting unusual activity
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for common areas
- Provide information about community amenities and events
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
