Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- availability for full-time shifts including weekends and overnight coverage preferred
- ability to respond to emergencies
- drug screen clearance
- TB test clearance
- background check clearance

Job Duties
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
- assist residents with requests as needed
- answer incoming calls
- maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
