Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift at least 10 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent guest service

Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Assist guests with special requests including reservations, hotel information, and transportation arrangements
- Develop thorough knowledge of hotel services, local area, and travel services to answer guest questions and give recommendations
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and ensure the lounge is clean and presentable
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with guests and colleagues
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
