Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have 1+ years of relevant experience in culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning
- Ability to travel to various event locations
- Availability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Obtain required Food Handler's permits and/or Food Safety Certifications
- Commitment to being part of and contributing to the community
- Agree with the central importance of food in people’s lives
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning experience
- Possess or willingness to obtain Food Handler's permits or Food Safety Certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers promptly upon arrival
- Assist customers in building catering and event orders
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering orders
- Work with event staff to ensure proper event setup
- Manage the end-to-end catering coordination process
- Provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
