Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, offering prompt assistance and resolving inquiries
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services, guiding members to club destinations and creating memorable experiences
- Inform members about club services, amenities, upcoming events, and room locations
- Assist with member communications including social media, newsletters, and event announcements
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- Support member experience initiatives and promote club offerings
- Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
- Conduct proactive phone calls to confirm reservations
- Oversee reservation process for dining facilities ensuring accuracy
- Promote upcoming events and assist with event registration and follow-ups
- Contribute to member experience initiatives like updating website calendar and managing message-on-hold
- Document member interactions in the M360 system
- Create and update events on MemberFirst platform
- Prepare personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
- Maintain up-to-date member profiles
- Communicate member allergies or dietary restrictions to restaurant team
- Maintain clean and welcoming lobby, workstation, and surrounding areas
- Ensure supplies such as pens and notepads are stocked
- Assist others and take on additional tasks as assigned
- Follow all company and departmental policies
- Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Follow safe working practices
- Engage in personal and professional growth and maintain certifications
- Address and resolve challenges with support from regional and corporate teams
- Attend daily briefings and contribute to team success
