Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role
Service-oriented mindset with ability to make every member and guest feel valued
Friendly and personable with positive, can-do attitude
Professional and welcoming phone demeanor
Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, offering prompt assistance and resolving inquiries
Deliver exceptional business and concierge services, guiding members to club destinations and creating memorable experiences
Inform members about club services, amenities, upcoming events, and room locations
Assist with member communications including social media, newsletters, and event announcements
Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
Support member experience initiatives and promote club offerings
Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
Conduct proactive phone calls to confirm reservations
Oversee reservation process for dining facilities ensuring accuracy
Promote upcoming events and assist with event registration and follow-ups
Contribute to member experience initiatives like updating website calendar and managing message-on-hold
Document member interactions in the M360 system
Create and update events on MemberFirst platform
Prepare personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
Maintain up-to-date member profiles
Communicate member allergies or dietary restrictions to restaurant team
Maintain clean and welcoming lobby, workstation, and surrounding areas
Ensure supplies such as pens and notepads are stocked
Assist others and take on additional tasks as assigned
Follow all company and departmental policies
Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
Follow safe working practices
Engage in personal and professional growth and maintain certifications
Address and resolve challenges with support from regional and corporate teams
Attend daily briefings and contribute to team success
