Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prefer two years of experience in hospitality or senior living
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, physicians, and team members
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening including TB test
  • Willingness to comply with Oakmont’s health and safety guidelines including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE usage as required

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, exceptional customer service to all residents, guests, and visitors
  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally, clearly, and efficiently
  • Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately to each call
  • Manage the business center, including the organization of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, team members, and visitors
  • Foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere through teamwork and supportive interactions
