Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prefer two years of experience in hospitality or senior living
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening including TB test
- Willingness to comply with Oakmont’s health and safety guidelines including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE usage as required

Job Duties
- Provide warm, exceptional customer service to all residents, guests, and visitors
- Answer phones and direct calls professionally, clearly, and efficiently
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately to each call
- Manage the business center, including the organization of incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, team members, and visitors
- Foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere through teamwork and supportive interactions
