Job Requirements
- High School degree or GED
- proven customer service experience
- proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- ability to learn new applications
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- good organizational, time management, and record keeping skills
- commitment to teamwork and community service
- compliance with pre-employment drug and health testing
- completion of required vaccinations as mandated by law

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents
- extend a warm welcome and greeting
- offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests
- ensure community safety protocols are in place
- contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors
- greet potential candidates and direct them to apply online or capture their information in the Applicant Tracking System
- answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls promptly
- take complete messages and communicate them to intended recipients
- provide community overview to callers and direct calls appropriately
- manage appointments for residents and family members
- send get well and sympathy cards
- order flowers and name plates for new residents
- order guest meals on move-in days
- maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- support sales inquiries and lead tracking
- keep desk and Bistro areas neat and stocked
- maintain Bistro cleanliness and snacks
- ensure music is playing throughout the day
- ensure front desk coverage
- partner to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- practice safety procedures and maintain emergency rosters
- enforce sign-in and sign-out procedures
- maintain elopement prevention measures
- update resident phone lists and registers
- prepare and process meal tickets and money
- organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- post daily menu
- assist with recruitment data entry and administrative duties
- monitor and order office supplies
- track and disperse team member paychecks
- participate actively as a team member
- demonstrate Team Member Credo and Principles of Service
- engage in team and customer surveys and meetings
- maintain required training compliance
- perform other duties as assigned
