Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate professional and polite phone etiquette
- Show organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating work habits

- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Commit to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

- Be physically capable of walking long distances, climbing stairs, and lifting heavy objects
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Respect the confidentiality of all resident and staff information and records

Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and provide courteous, professional assistance
- Manage multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries promptly
- Coordinate daily event information and communicate schedule updates to residents
- Monitor packages and deliveries, assisting residents as needed
- Handle maintenance requests by logging and communicating issues to appropriate staff
- Assist with pet care arrangements, such as dog walking and flower watering
- Maintain front desk area with a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
