Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service-related field required
  • Experience in healthcare setting required
  • Previous concierge or relatable experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple demands simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work full-time hours including every other weekend

Job Duties

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned
  • Greeting potential residents, families, visitors
  • Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
