Job Duties

  • Provide Signature Service to homeowners
  • Create and maintain homeowners' job files
  • Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
  • Work with retail service reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process
  • Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress
  • Schedule homeowners' technical measures, installation dates, and make reminder calls
  • Send out the post-installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations
