Job Duties
- Provide Signature Service to homeowners
- Create and maintain homeowners' job files
- Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
- Work with retail service reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process
- Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress
- Schedule homeowners' technical measures, installation dates, and make reminder calls
- Send out the post-installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations
