Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in multitasking
  • attention to detail
  • ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
  • basic computer skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends
  • availability to work second and/or third shifts
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and attention to detail abilities
  • ability to multitask and manage time in fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience preferred, especially in hospitality or residential services
  • knowledge of local area amenities a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • manage scheduling and coordination of community amenities including guest suites and loading dock
  • accept and document package deliveries while notifying residents
  • assist in planning, organizing, and executing resident events
  • maintain up-to-date directory of local services and provide recommendations
  • perform additional tasks as assigned
