Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- minimum one year of hospitality experience preferred
- effective communication skills
- customer service skills with conflict resolution
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to handle stressful situations
- physical ability to lift 30 pounds following safety procedures
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to walk and climb stairs
- capability to navigate the property
- ability to operate computer and related equipment
- ability to hear, understand and respond verbally
- ability to stoop and bend
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- college level courses in business and hospitality preferred
- one or more years of hospitality experience preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution and de-escalation
- ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- intermediate command of computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to prioritize tasks
- ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- multiple language fluency is desirable but not necessary
Job Duties
- Greets residents and guests upon entry
- responds to requests and questions
- makes reservations and recommendations to restaurants, bars, and clubs
- documents issues or transactions as needed
- develops an understanding of Association policies and requirements
- identifies appropriate department or person for issue resolution
- acquires knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
- answers phones promptly and handles inquiries
- keeps track of activity logs, incident reports, records, and forms
- escalates concerns to Property Manager
- monitors Emergency Response System
- controls Electronic Security Systems if applicable
- follows all safety procedures
- logs and tracks packages
- performs other duties as assigned
