Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • minimum one year of hospitality experience preferred
  • effective communication skills
  • customer service skills with conflict resolution
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to handle stressful situations
  • physical ability to lift 30 pounds following safety procedures
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to walk and climb stairs
  • capability to navigate the property
  • ability to operate computer and related equipment
  • ability to hear, understand and respond verbally
  • ability to stoop and bend
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • college level courses in business and hospitality preferred
  • one or more years of hospitality experience preferred
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
  • intermediate command of computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to prioritize tasks
  • ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • multiple language fluency is desirable but not necessary

Job Duties

  • Greets residents and guests upon entry
  • responds to requests and questions
  • makes reservations and recommendations to restaurants, bars, and clubs
  • documents issues or transactions as needed
  • develops an understanding of Association policies and requirements
  • identifies appropriate department or person for issue resolution
  • acquires knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
  • answers phones promptly and handles inquiries
  • keeps track of activity logs, incident reports, records, and forms
  • escalates concerns to Property Manager
  • monitors Emergency Response System
  • controls Electronic Security Systems if applicable
  • follows all safety procedures
  • logs and tracks packages
  • performs other duties as assigned
