Job Duties
- Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour
- responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages
- demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
- assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations
- process accounts receivable and payable
- ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions
- demonstrate empathy and patience
