- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to greet and assist visitors professionally
- experience in managing phone systems and directing calls
- proficiency with administrative tasks such as mail handling and document preparation
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work on a PRN basis

- prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with office equipment such as fax machines and scanners
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- familiarity with senior living community operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Greeting and directing visitors
- managing incoming phone calls and transferring them to appropriate departments
- providing administrative support including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules
- maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
- assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness
- building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
