Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to greet and assist visitors professionally
  • experience in managing phone systems and directing calls
  • proficiency with administrative tasks such as mail handling and document preparation
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work on a PRN basis

  • prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with office equipment such as fax machines and scanners
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • familiarity with senior living community operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • managing incoming phone calls and transferring them to appropriate departments
  • providing administrative support including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules
  • maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
  • assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness
  • building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
